Excellent Stay
A good place for stay. Staff very helpful and cooperative. Had reached well past midnight but as per my request made earlier they had kept food for me. Room was clean, all amenities working as expected.

Terrible Stay
1. Door lock was not working. So we left unlocked room when we went out from hotel. 2. TV does not have recharge so it was not functioning. 3. Blanket had big holes. 4. Refilled Water bottles were provided.

Basic need free drinking mineral water was not available. Air condition cooling was not proper. Room cleaning was very good. Room service was found average.

Invoice not received
How many days i have to wait for my tax invoice, i have to submit the same to my company for reimbursement. I have to pay from my pocket if i didn't get that invoice. Do you think i ever again use make my trip after all this circus you are doing with me. If you really read reviews i guess you are not. I should get my invoice immediately

Overall good staying experience.
business1) rooms were new and clean. 2) white light was not present, in stead yellow light was there in room, that takes time to adjust for few hours, but not much bothering. 3) variety of breakfast, they should serve. I insisted for that then only it was done otherwise the same morning day was being told on asking. 4) although ro facility was there, it would have been better if they would have provided packed drinking water.

Good for just staying
soloThe hotel room and bathroom were clean. But i was provided just only a thin soap as toiletries. For breakfast not much options. Mostly toast and tea. Good for bachelor stay for work. Ac and geyser are working well.
