Hotel Rudra Regency

Room was very spacious and clean, also the bathroom was very spacious, and insects-free. However, the bathroom was not that clean, very old toilet fittings, broken parts, and many more. Room service is average, but staffs are polite and gentle

Lift not working properly, cleaning not properly, I'm many time tall the staff for drinking water but not given any water. Please sensitized staff some given training.

Rooma is Good but washroom is not Good food is good Room service is Good near by main road. Near by metro station

The staff behaviour was terrible and didn't have to talk very rudely and property rules were different from property rules that were showing at the time of booking

I recently stayed at Hotel Rudra Regency and was impressed overall. The location is very convenient — easy to reach, close to major attractions/shopping/transport (depending on what applies). The rooms are comfortable, clean, and well-maintained; the furnishings are good and it felt cozy yet modern. Staff service is friendly and attentive; any requests I made were handled promptly. The food (for breakfast / dinner) was tasty with a decent variety. Housekeeping did a great job keeping everything fresh.

I had booked a deluxe room through MakeMyTrip for 2 days but they gave me a standard room. Saying this is this deluxe room but I still stayed in that room and after the FIR, the AC in that room was not working, he was repairing the AC for 3 hours, after the work was not done he changed my room and gave me another room as well as a standard one, and inside that as well there was water leakage problem on the floor, water from the other room was coming on to our room's floor, I complained about that also he told me that right now no room is available, we will give you a deluxe room on the third floor, but I did not get it, next morning also at last he gave me another room, next day at 3:00 PM he gave me another room but at 7:00 I had to check out instead but I did not get anything, the room was given very bad no cleaness nothing, services, bed servicing was given mene jab unke worker se pucha ye standerd room hai na wo bole ha and then I ask deluxe room kaha h he told me at 1st floor, me hotel ke manager ko same chiz pucha tho unhone muje bola 4th par standard room hai then I told him mera deluxe room book hai tho bolte hai aapko jo 4th par diya hu wo bhi deluxe hai itne chor hotel hai na 2 days me 3 room change kiye h room itne bekar the and ye log online booking walo ko koi respect nhi dete service and respect both ke liye very bad experience I suggest you please don't go

The hotel provided a pleasant and comfortable stay. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and equipped with all essential amenities. Staff was courteous, prompt, and helpful throughout the visit. The location was convenient, close to local attractions and transport options. The in-house restaurant served tasty meals, though the menu could have been more varied. Check-in and check-out processes were smooth. The ambiance was peaceful, making it ideal for both relaxation and work. Minor improvements in room service speed would enhance the experience. Overall, it was a satisfying stay and good value for money. I would consider staying here again in the future.

Property Rate are very Less compared to other and staff behaviour is also good .But our Room is Very small and also AC is not upto date

Pictures are misleading of rooms. Poor quality washrooms. Food is average. Overall below average stay at this place.

Yes feel good or comfortable but one small problem Creted bathroom shower pipe had small leakage so the water had leak

I think this is a better option to stay at a cheaper price in this area. The food is really very awesome. The staff is very helpful, sincere, honest & always maintains good behaviour with the guests. The house - keeping people are always ready to clean the room on one single call. I want to say thanks to both Make My Trip and Hotel Rudra Regency. Thanks All the best.

The food was absolutely in a mess, after complaining, it was kept for 10 minutes and then the same was sent back, nothing was improved, the bathroom was also not clean

Room was in very bad condition, bathroom was broken plus hotel charged full day’s tariff just to delay checkout by a couple of hours.

Location is good. Breakfast better to exclude while booking. Rooms paint peeling off due to seepage. Had to change alloted room
