The location is good but the rooms are terrific, no food facility. no toiletries kept at the washroom. no hot water is there. Booked Viceroi room but received a deluxe room staff is good, but called 8-9 times for different reasons don't know why. Overall a pathetic and terrible experience.

Did not get hot water despite reminders 45 mins before. We had cold water bath. We have checked out

Yes it was decent hotel, rooms was specius, staff were cooperative, food was good, its near by all cooperative offices, location was good

Stayed there on 26th Jan 2025 with my wife. I was given was old, dirty and unkept. Sink in the washroom was blocked and the room was stinking. The ceiling fan was dirty and the TV was in a corner where it was not visible from anywhere else in the room. The only good thing was the location of the hotel. We escaped the ordeal by checking out the very next day. The room was R. No. 103. It was terrible.. the room given to me was dingy, the washroom was stinking, sink was blocked and interiors wer dirty. It was no better than a cheap guest house. Never again.

The staff was extremely friendly, and the rooms were clean, if anything is needed they respond very fast. I liked my stay

Room are not clean, washroom are not clean, inside bedsheets are dust, bedsheets are not clean, a hope they are not coming bedsheets after check out

The hotel rooms are very old furniture and dilapidated conditions, the bathroom has no proper fitting in place. they do not clean the bathrooms, just for the sake of mopping the floor that's all and make the bed. hot water is available only from 4am to 11am and by chance u are late around 10:30am then having hot water is at your own risk. in this cold weather u have not leverage but to force yourself to do as what the hotel says. mind u if don't order your breakfast before 10:30 am they will say chef have left and u may not get ur breakfast if included in the package. staff is cooperative but not worth the stay when u pay so much for the hotel.
