proper services not provided and billed chsrged higher if attention was not given then they have charged me 1000 extra alsi basic things such as refilling of water was also not provided

Room allocation service was late, we waited for an hour to get the room, location and property are good

You can't sleep there in peace because of the etiquette. They start disturbing you in the morning. They call you at 8 am and ask when you will check out. Even after extended the room for two days, if you call the same staff from the reception, 10 minutes later the next staff will call you. There is no order for anything. They allow many programs in the morning and the band plays everything. The customers there can't sleep. The was good before 2 months but now it is very bad. It seems that the management has changed

Cottage was not ready when checked in (evening 7pm). Room was dirty requested couple of times for room service finally room was done at 10 pm. Not worth it

The hotel was amazing ans staff was very cooperative and friendly.. enjoyed my stay at the hotel and cab service was also available....

Absolutely disappointing experience. No hot water in the room — raised a complaint, didn't get resolved, had to shower with cold water. No Wi-Fi connectivity either — again, complaint raised but nothing done. Had to call four times for an iron which finally arrived after an hour. Requested a hair dryer — never received it. Completely unacceptable service standards.

Very terrible experience with standard cottage rooms with fungus smell, full of cobwebs, poor lighting, no blackout curtain, outside noise level very high & lots of mosquitos. Moreover, these cottages are located outside the main hotel building which is not stated clearly while booking online. Pathways leading to cottages are poorly lighted and not safe during night. Not at all recommended.

We arrived at 11 pm at night. We booked one cottage room and one deluxe room. Since there were two kids with us, we decided to downgrade the deluxe room to do cottage rooms as I didn’t want to pay extra for two deluxe rooms. were brought through dark walkways to the cottage rooms. They were stinking as though not used for years. Dusty n smelly. Moved to the deluxe rooms only to have everything in the so called deluxe room to be broken, dirty and stinking from the towels to toilet. Never sty here

Rooms are to long from lobby and given out station cottage not good enough pace long distance from lobby

Nice property with excellent location. Room and service very good (but better sound proofing expected). Improvements in Front desk is expected (initial entry time). Food was excellent

nice location on the main road, easily reachable, staff welcome was excellent, room was clean and excellent as deluxe room opted, also food was good, taken at restaurant and was offered 15%duscount at restaurant ala carte. jin and other amenities were good.

check in was delayed, check out was in hurry, staff is not professional, property is good but all amenities are charged extra, paid 150 rs. to play Table tennies

Best Room and deals for corporate stay. This is my 3rd stay with this property. The staff is good, Belly Boy Manoj ji is very full and Ms.Punnan Minj, Front office executive is very professional and her hospitality was very excellent during my stay. Must recommend
