average Stay with very compact size of rooms.

Location is good but not the best. Near the airport and near Gandhi Ashram heritage site. The rooms are very small almost half of the size of what is mentioned in the room description. Wash Room , hardly one can enter with comfort, very small bath area. Food was ok from restaurant Mirch Masala which seems might not have been owned by hotel. TV was not working. Services , hardly used. Overall I had a plan to stay for two days but shifted to another nearby hotel.

I had booked a deluxe room with king size bed. it was a small and suffocated room which had a humid smell. The room's interior is old, the ceiling is close, the walls have seepage marks. its congested room. it looks like an old property took over and renovated by lemon tree but it's damaging the lemon tree brand. coz I have seen others booked it all becoz of lemon tree name but regretted later like me.

Leaked taps and suffocating rooms

The room size is extremely compact and doesn’t at all match . After checking in, we saw water dripping on the floor from two leaked tapes. I immediately brought this to the notice of the hotel Manager and he sent a housekeeping guy with a mop. That guy spread a hand towel to soak the dripping water. His explanation was we don’t have plumber at this time to repair it. Is this the service that is expected from a star property. We were suppose to stay for two nights but since no one came to repair the leakage. We checked out next day around and moved to a better hotel with better managing staff and facilities. Room size - not good, room services - not up to mark, Manager - not helpful (to note - in the morning when(day manager) came, surprisingly he was not updated about our issues . Location of property is good but Parking is a problem if travel by own car.

The property is located inside a lane. Room are good for short stay. Looks like hotel was build some years back post which no renovation has happened but repairs have taken place. I had halted for a night stay and was happy with the same. Staff is also welcoming
