Lemon Tree Hotel, Noida

Shabby room. Mentioned 24 hrs room service but practically no food after 10:30 pm. A black coffee during breakfast hours takes more than half an hour actually the machine does not work l. Insufficient and unskilled manpower makes the life worse

Had a pleasant stay at the Hotel...Pleasing ambience and polite staff. Food was also good ....would love to stay again with them

The rooms were comfortable but had minor issues like air conditioning not working properly, TV had broken pixels. Hence they had to change my room a couple of times in one day.

There was no towel available in the room. There was one available, but it was also very dirty. There was no carpet, nor was the room clean. The wiring was all open, and there was a broken shower tap in the washroom.

Had a great stay at the hotel! The price was really good with a great discount. Everything was nice and comfortable, just the dinner could’ve been better.

Room non hygienic. wash room where not neat and clean . water was dripping. Acc was not provided . room was stinking . after calling room services. we need to follow-up for twice to get the access

The hotel room was disappointing. The TV was not working properly and the remote was broken. The AC vent was making noise, which was very disturbing. On top of that, the hotel staff seemed quite lazy and unhelpful. Overall, it was not a good experience.

rooms require maintenance. location is fine but entrance is not too great. food menu okey although breakfast menu requires inprovement

One of the terrible stay I have experienced with lemon tree, first not a great location, no one available in night to welcome you (not even manager) no food facility at laate night no proper basement parking for 4 wheeler, Rooms are worst . Water bottle not sealed

It was pathetic to see lemon tree giving such kind of service. Flush was not working and hand shower was also not working.

It was very terrible experience staying in lemon Tree hotel. Everything was dirty, bed, room, bathroom, towels. Water from shower coming out completely red colour rusted water. Never again stay in Lemon Tree

the room key was not working for 2 days, do not provide any bath mats, hand towel. bed is worn out with sharp edges which was hurting when walking in small rooms, repititive breakfast on all 3 days.
