Except for a few staff members, everyone else talks very rudely and the security guard talks in a very dirty manner, I have always seen this especially the night staff here, they are in both the hotels and the food is very good, only the staff and room service housekeeping are very bad, the service is very useless, I have to call 3-4-5 times for one thing, be it a towel or some water bottle, and even after 10 o'clock they do not receive the call, they say Sir /mam I must have fallen asleep, sorry to the staff, dont pick up the call on reception as I also had a problem one night Someone was ringing the gate, I complained repeatedly everywhere but no one listened to me or took any action, I have to say this much sir thank you aage se hum na yaha stay karege or na kisi ko explain krege ke lemon tree me ruke okay

I stayed at Lemon tree premiere 1, Gurgoan hotel during my business trip and had a very pleasant experience. The rooms are clean, spacious, and well-maintained, making it comfortable for both work and rest. The food was also great — delicious, fresh, and offered a good variety at a very reasonable price. Overall, it’s an excellent choice for business travelers, combining comfort, quality, and value. I would definitely stay here again for my future trips.
