Very very poor service and hotel amenities

Good Experience, with all available/ required necessary facilities. It is very close to the metro station 🚉.

Dirty rooms, filthy bathrooms, and insect infestations are common themes. Broken air conditioning, non-working TVs, and a lack of hot water. staff being rude, unhelpful, or unprofessional. Poor ventilation, a lack of mobile network or Wi-Fi, and poorly maintained common areas or entrances. Thanks & Regards

The hotel was at very convenient location near to an metro station and an value for money for which they offer the rooms for. The staff was very kind and welcoming and provided expected service.

I cannot believe they call themselves as hotel. Staff was very . Actual rooms were totally different. No cleanliness room has cockroaches roaming around. They did not even had a dental kit. Blankets were torn and not clean

I have to stay because I have paid already and I was in Mumbai because of work otherwise it was maintained property, mattress was uncomfortable, wasn't hygienic, don't like their hospitality, no management, drainage issue in washroom, bathroom kit wasn't good, there was no garden view because that was full of dustbin and trash it was totally opposite to pictures

The location of the stay is very confusing and very isolated, doesn't feel safe at all. Check in process was smooth but no complimentary breakfast was provided as the hotel relies on some third party cafe for food and no in house food servicing. I called reception multiple times for the breakfast and then after 3 hours i got the breakfast which was cold like ice and no cutlery was provided by the hotel even after asking thrice. The rooms are menace, bed and mattress is super uncomfortable, there were bugs on bedsheets, the whole bedsheet was torn apart. Bathroom was another tragedy, water coming from taps was yellow in colour and smelly, shower was not clean it had rusted completely. I won't recommend this hotel to my enemies also.

Near to the office location and metro . Easy to commute. Pleasant and comfortable stay .Food was great.

I am writing to formally raise a complaint and request a refund regarding a booking made on 20th July 2025 at 8:58 PM via MakeMyTrip for Lime Tree Hotel, Sector 29, Gurgaon. Issue Summary: While attempting to book the hotel through the MakeMyTrip app/website, I selected payment via credit card. After entering the correct OTP from the registered mobile number, the payment page went blank, leaving me uncertain whether the payment was successful or not. I checked the “My Bookings” section in the MakeMyTrip app, and no confirmation was visible. Assuming the booking had not gone through, I made another attempt and successfully completed the payment using my American Express Card. Double Booking & Payment: After about 5 minutes, I received two separate booking confirmations from MakeMyTrip for the same property and date, resulting in a duplicate payment-. I immediately contacted MakeMyTrip customer support. The agent informed me they tried reaching the hotel/property owner, but the call went unanswered. Upon reaching the hotel, I raised this issue at the reception and requested a refund for the duplicate booking/payment. However, I was told to contact MakeMyTrip or the property owner for a resolution. Room Discrepancy: Additionally, the room type I had booked (Deluxe Room with Balcony) was not available. I was offered a room in the basement without a balcony, which was not as per my booking selection, leading to further dissatisfaction and inconvenience. Request: I kindly request: A full refund for the duplicate booking/payment caused due to system/server error. Clarification on the unavailability of the booked room type and compensation, if applicable. Confirmation of refund initiation and

It was a very horrible experience. At around 2:30 in the night, someone started knocking very loudly at our gate. And was trying to break the door. I immediately called the reception by mobile. He said the person was drunk and knocking at the gate. But how did that person come inside the hotel. And what kind of security is this that any person can come in hotel. very unsafe for women. We were all very scared. MakeMyTrip should at least check first to offer any hotel to anybody.

Subject: Ongoing Service Issues at Lime Tree Hotel – Sushant Lok Property Dear Team, I am a regular customer at your Lime Tree Hotel – Sushant Lok property, but I am extremely disappointed with the ongoing issues I've experienced during my recent stays. Despite being a loyal guest, the following problems continue to affect my comfort and experience: No kitchen facilities available – Not even basic tea/coffee arrangements. No mineral water provided in the room. Toilet slippers not provided – even after requesting them from the manager. I waited more than 10 hours, and still, no response or support was given. This level of service is unacceptable, especially for guests who return frequently and expect basic hospitality standards to be maintained. I sincerely hope you take this feedback seriously and improve the facilities and responsiveness of your staff.
