"For the last two to three years, I have been staying at your Pune Lemon Tree Premier every month for 6 to 7 days. However, I have been facing a major issue with your breakfast menu—it has not changed for the past three years. The live counter egg bhurji is disappointing; we expect a properly prepared egg bhurji. The pav is also too hard to eat instead of being soft. Additionally, cold coffee is not served every day; we get it only once a week. Please improve the food quality and add more variety.

The stay was pretty good but when I gave a call to the housekeeping for extra bed there was no response later I had to call the front office for the same to add on we checked in late at the hotel and came for lunch it was jst 3:08pm but refused to serve lunch, breakfast was really nice we were served by steward AJAY SALUNKE and his colleague Rakesh Thank you

poor service at lemon tree premiere

I had done booking for 2 nights of superior category room however when I checked in they gave me basic category room and next day when I checked and I argued they gave me superior category only for one night and assured me of refund of excess amount charged however till date no refund received by me.
