The reception folks were not to keen to help. Not even a single bottle of water was provided. Room was ok

I had stayed in hotel Sardar in room no 305 in that room AC was not working & i paid amount of AC i informed him that AC is not working but he told within a hour it will cool but whole night AC was not working.

Property location is good ,but not got hot water for bath morning as I was checked out early in the morning 5:30am ,as per staff Hot water available only at specific time that is only after 6am

i had a truly awful experience at this hotel. the staff was completely unhelpful and uninterested in addressing any concerns. when i approached the front desk ladies with a simple request, the receptionist was rude and dismissive, making me feel completely unwelcome. the toilet in my room was disgusting—there was visible grime and stains, and it clearly hadn't been cleaned properly. it was absolutely unacceptable for a hotel that claims to be of a certain standard. overall, this hotel was a massive disappointment. the lack of professionalism from the staff, the poor hygiene, and the overall lack of care made this stay unbearable. i will never return and would not recommend this place to anyone.. no image

Location was good, rooms are clean, staff behaviour was not up to the mark. There is no resturant in the hotel.

We stayed with family and found hotel neal and clean. Hotel restaurant is also very good. Staff are good. Hotel has ample parking space

My booking was for 2 nights from 25 sep to 27 sep. But due to some reasons i checked in early morning 26sep at around 5 am. Staff didn't care to keep my room ready and clean. Blankets were smelly. They didn't care to give me extra towel and soap for the next morning. And the height of all scenario was the foolish ness of staff. They gave me bill for only one day of booking and according to their logic i checked in early morning on 26. I told them that i can check in anytime but i have paid for 2 days yet they didn't listen and gave me one day bill against my payment of 2 days.

Not a good hotel at all, the telephone is not working, not good service,no complementary pack drinking water & bed, bedsheets are dirty & no online payment mode for lunch & dinner.

House keeping was not good. Stayed here for 9 days. Were not cleaning room even after giving key. Ac remote was taken by them. To clean room use to call house keeping 3-4 times. Room service was also not good. There was no water to drink. Had to go out for water breakfast also. Took money for break fast but didn't gave it.

Room is ok but window is open and transparent and no curtains on windows. N they are not providing breakfast in room. They provide coupons and send to another hotel to having breakfast.

Property location was good, no in house restaurant to order food, room not cleaned properly, ac was not working properly during check-in
