I was made to wait for 1 hour before i could be allotted my room. If i had been informed of that in advance i would have gone out and came back. On top of that, i did not got any assistance with my luggage. Bad experience this time.

We requested for an early check in and they accommodated our request as they found the room was ready. The breakfast spread is awesome and the staff is very helpful and pleasant. The property as very nice. Good service. Food was very good. And extremely polite amd helpful staff. Especially abhay at reception who was extremely gracious
