The room was good, decently clean. Service was bit slow. Dinner was very good. Breakfast is average both in terms of spread and taste. One thing which I didn't enjoy was the bedding comfort which hampered my sleep. The mattress was too loose and pillows were very thick and broad (practically of no use). I had requested for smaller thin pillow which I didn't get as it was unavailable. I couldn't sleep properly for two nights.

It looks different on the website as compared to the actual. Very small room. Not at all value for money. The receptionist asked to sign the feedback form without giving any rea feedback

I have wasted my money. I booked a room which has a bathtub as per the description given by make my trip but the hotel doesn’t have the amenities give in description. I have called the customer care multiple times but all gave me false commitments and didn’t provide me any resolution. It’s was a non refundable booking and unfortunately coz of mmts mistake i had to suffer. I didn’t have any option hence forcefully i had to checkin in that hotel.

I am visiting pune from last 25 years, and stayed in countless hotels, but only very few of are remained in my memory, little mastiff is one of them. Rooms were clean, and spacious. And location is just perfect for nature lovers, because bird valley garden and lake is only few steps away. The staff of the hotel are very professional, friendly and extremely helpful, mr. Prasad, kritesh see & pad-ma from front desk, mr. Hemchandra kandpal from restaurant are doing outstanding job under the good mentorship of very professional mr. Raju wars e & mr. Amol. At last i want to give some suggestions for further improvement, based on my long experience of hotel stays. There should be a mini fridge in the rooms for keeping medicines, cold water etc. Food potions should be customizable for single occupant to avoid wastage of food and money. Overall my experience of staying in hotel was superb. I will give it 5 out 5. Ashok jugran dehradun (uttarakhand)
