After checking in at the hotel, the AC in the room that was given to me did not work for one and a half hours. After this, I had to change three rooms in a 2-day stay.

Booked it for our corporate client. Post check out after 8 hours someone from reception called up saying room key is not there. And you have to pay key charges. Completely unprofessional hotel. Will not recommend for any sort of corporate stays. Front desk staff was pressurise to pay extra charges for keys
