I stayed at the Hyatt Pune Kalyani Nagar branch for 1 night with my wife in room 1643 recently. The food was excellent and the property amenities except for the bed and the tv in the room. I recently stayed at another 4 star hotel and it's bed was much softer and comfortable, and the tv was at least 43 inches.

Hotel didn’t have sauna working on Friday evening. The televisions in the room were old sets and not smart ones. Netflix cannot be connected and one needs to be dependent on free channels in a Five star like Hyatt. It was my first time experience in Hyatt but it wasn’t a great one. The buffet didn’t have many options

Over the years the hospitality has drastically decreased. Quality of service has decreased and reception staff's politeness/basic courtesy has completely disappeared, inspite of you extending the same. Convenient location is the only thing going for it now.

i forgot my phone charger in my room and later inquired with the hotel staff if they had found it, they completely refused. I would never stay at such a hotel where the housekeeping staff doesn't return customer belongings.
