Hyatt Regency Pune

I booked a Suite room(Room number 509) and booked for package which included Dinner and breakfast. I am super excited and entered the suite room only to find the AC not working. Called the electrician who came and fixed it. Ok to get into good mood thought let me play some music and tried casting/streaming music from iPhone, iPad and from smart Tv and it don’t work and I gave up after 15 minutes of struggle. I thought let’s have food and it will brighten my mood and went down for dinner. I was assigned a table and I looked around every table had candles lighted and no one bothered to light candle in my table. I had to ask twice to someone to light the candle. Don’t want to let my spirits down went for food. Mutton stew was good, Chicken Rasa was good, starters were dry and not warm enough and ended up with above average dinner and went back to room. Asked room service to clear the plates of evening snacks and it was placed outside my door. Thought it was suite room no fruits or complementary sweets were offered which I remembered being offered during my earlier visits. Then slept off and woke looking forward for a good Sunday breakfast which was again average. Idly was soft, someone attended my eggs and masala chai which was comforting. I didn’t want to try the spa which I was thinking I would go since I had 20% off and dozzed off a little. Sharp I got a call at 11-30 AM I knew was to confirm my checkout. Got up packed my bags and checkout out. The used plates placed last night was still outside my door for more than 12 hours without being picked up. Left the hotel thinking did I make a mistake.

From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with friendly and professional service. The check-in process was smooth. The room was spacious, well-maintained, and perfectly comfortable for the three of us. The amenities were top-notch.The food at their in-house restaurants was excellent. The pool area, in particular, was a great place to unwind. My child especially enjoyed the jacuzzi. Overall, I had a thoroughly enjoyable stay at Hyatt Regency Pune. The attention to detail, high-quality amenities, and excellent service made my visit memorable.

I stayed at Hyatt Regency Pune for a day and really enjoyed the experience. The location is super convenient, the rooms were clean and cozy, and the food was absolutely delicious. Loved the pool and spa facilities. The staff was warm, helpful, and made the stay feel special.

The location of the property is great and the room size was good. Loved the pool, sauna area. The breakfast buffet was pretty decent as well

I booked 2 king size bed rooms, but during check in we were refused for room due to non availability but after continuously requesting 2 rooms were allotted, however it was a poor check in experience wasting around 2 hours. Restaurant food is below average
