Hyatt Regency Pune property is good but it looks a tad bit old now, needs some modern touches especially the washrooms and inside room cupboard area. You need to keep face washes and hand washes and loofah. Food was great. Buffet spread was vast but the cut fruits lacked taste and the juices were all tasteless. Very rarely give 5/5 for 5 star Hyatt Regency Punes in India. This stay deserved it. Last time was also 4/5. Efficient check-in, good treatment by reception and front office including security guards, spacious rooms with good quality amenities, excellent wifi, clean orderly washroom with sizeable bathtub and good water pressure, good food, all basics are top notch. I especially appreciate the spacious and top quality gym and spa. Special thanks to masseuse Jorma who paid close attention to everything I filled out on the form and did an excellent job for my problem areas. look forward to my next visit

Hotel is very well located , near to a mall and offices . It’s a neat clean Hyatt Regency Pune . Food is average . I only had breakfast there . I had booked a one bedroom apartment . Only thing missing was the utensils and the cleaning accessories in the kitchen . Also there was a washing machine in the room but there was no detergent available in the room . Rest it was a good stay . The staff is very pleasant and helpful .

The best stay you can get for the money you spend . In terms of money value this is the best Hyatt Regency Pune I would suggest anyone here . The room is very comfortable and ambient to stay with all the necessary facilities. Would definitely recommend everyone and the support staff and main staff are very welcoming and supporting .

It was a lovely stay , good food and great hospitality ❤️ it was a perfect staycation with parents and the musician at the piano was very adorable and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I celebrated my mother’s birthday . It was truly lovely experience.

Everything was just so superb and hospitality was great !! Rooms are spacious with all the luxurious amenities .

Location was great, very accessible from main road. The rooms to were top notch! All attractions like Phoenix Marketcity, Aga Khan Palace were within walking distance.
