This is very good Hotel having so big Restaurant all around but Stay is not at all pleasant. They are so miser that don’t provide basic things like Dental Kits, Slippers etc Have no Zym

Disappointing Stay at Treebo Grand Emerald

I had a very unpleasant experience during my stay. The basic cleanliness was seriously lacking—the washroom had a strong, unpleasant odor, and the linen provided was clearly used and not fresh. These are the bare minimums any hotel should ensure, and it’s unfortunate to see such standards from a reputed chain like Treebo. Definitely wouldn’t recommend unless they seriously improve their hygiene and housekeeping.

Terrible Stay

Very bad atitude of night staff, we checked in night 12 and after this they call us in night 1. 30 to discuss about extra charges and mean while some drunk-ed people going out from stairs, they fight with us and my wife and i run away to my room because they are 5 to 6 people and want to bitten me. We was very sacred in night, next morning we complain it to manager.

Poor Stay

Hotel was good but room wasnt clean. In bathroom there was water logging problem when take bath, at night bed bugs bite me, n plus cockroach where there. Food was good but unhappy with room. Other room were clean i think they have given this room specially for make my trip people
