It's a small property with 8 rooms, well maintained. The staff is avery supportive. Breakfast was fine, do not expect any buffet, but it was fine. The parking facility is one area where it doesn't match with the description in the MakeMyTrip, you have to park on the road side. My family stayed there for two days and we were comfortable. The staff was not that friendly and we were asked to write down personal details on a white paper which is not seen in any hotels. The room was good but even when i booked it through mmt they wanted too much personal details .. which is not good

Power gone for a long time and There was nobody to address the issue on reception !haven’t attended the call and call back.Breakfast only one item but it was previously mentioned min 2 main courses.Rooms were not clean

I was solo travellor for business purposes. Stay was good and comfortable. Easy access of taxis, trains, buses. But when i stayed, hot water was no worked properly. Need to improve on that water heater during coming winter season. Rest all fine.

Struggled to find out. It is not a proper hotel. Just some rooms adjusted in that building. More like a lodge. Small rooms and very less common area. No proper restaurant. Breakfast served in space outside room

I was given a room with a strong cigarette smell. In pointing out the smell and asking for a non smoking room they said there is no such room. I left the place after two hours as the smell started giving me a headache. The room was clean and vfm for the low rate they're selling at. Can pass as a budget lodge.

Very good place to stay, hotel is near to aluva metro station very around 1 km walkable distance. As metro is near we are able to cover whole kochi.

Location is nearby railway station so easy for train travellers. Rooms are clean and friendly staff. Water kettle is available but there is power socket on that table, need to take to other sockets near bed. This could be avoidable if they provide proper sockets. No restaurant available. Overall good stay.
