Very good atmosphere and service is good.

Worst experience ever. I was not able to stay in the hotel. I booked for a couple room and they provided me with a budget room of dormitory which is already occupied by 2 people. When asked they said that all their booking was full. I didn't even get a refund.

It's a wonderful and nice stay the staffs are very cooperative

1. No problem hospitality 2. I asked for food and was told i would take 1hr to deliver. 3. The manager asked to order from zomato. When ordered, i asked for plates and they told us that we need to wash the plates and give it back. 4. I would never ever recommend any family going here. No thanks. How do i avail this 6% discount

The place is affordable and neat. Worth for the money. For solo travelers or backpackers this place is best near aluva. I liked the peaceful surroundings, walkable from main road and railway station is within a km. I have stayed here for 3 times now and will prefer staying every-time i visit aluva.

Very nice stay but food is not prepared them you have to bring from outside. Otherwise very good stay.

Thank you for providing the opportunity for the feedback. - lack of friendly behaviour from the staffs - i booked for 1 day, but stayed only 1day and they didn't cancel-led or refund the balance 1 day rent - no soap in the bathroom and they didn't provided even when i asked - not a clean environment - route to hotel is difficult to find - bed and bedsheets are old and in worst condition - door locks from inside is not available (we cannot lock the room by key from inside)

The owner is good, you will feel like a home stay. However, the location of the hotel is a bit remote from the main road. You have to dependent on the owner to find an auto or taxi for trip or to purchase any items. The room was non-ac and i paid for two nights including breakfast. The room charges is bit more than it is. However, the room was clean. The manager/owner provided taxi service for one day trip and i paid the charges a reasonable. However, on the 2nd day a hired taxi that was managed by the owner really terrible. Before ride the taxi charges and after reaching the destination the rent was different. The driver asking double amount. Therefore at the middle i cancel-led the actual trip plan and i managed a local auto for local site seeing from the alleppey. It was much more cheaper than the taxi asked me to pay.

There is no drinking water, cotton and bath soap until you ask for the same. Haven't provided the blanket too

Located in a calm place. Good hygiene and safety. Room and bathroom are in good condition

I stayed solo for a day before my exam at ion aluva. The ambiance is very nice and calm. Staff is very cooperative

We stayed there as family. It will be a memorable one. My daughter enjoyed the garden and greenery in the villa.
