Location : Beside Aluva Metro Station. Platform is visible from windows. Food: Available outside hotel. Veg, Non veg Restaurants are available in the area. Amenities: AC, TV, Clean Room & Toilet, Hot and cold water in bathroom, modern toilet. 1 litre mineral water per room. Rooms are big with good interiors. Service: Excellent service by the Manager. He is very helpful. Con: Lift under renovation.

Location: Beside Aluva Metro Station. Vehicles are easily available for Airport. Service: Excellent. Manager is very helpful and always available. Amenities: Clean rooms, toilets. Well decorated rooms, complementary 1 litre mineral water. Hot water available in the bathroom. Cons: Lift is under renovation, Not working. Ground floor- Reception 1st floor: Bank 2nd floor: Dorm rooms 3rd floor : Non AC Rooms 4th floor to 6 th floor: AC Rooms. They have a luggage keeping facility on the ground floor. Climbing stares for aged/people having walking issues will be difficult.

We got room in fifth floor and there is no lift fecility and we feels like collapsed while climbing up and down through stareway there no charging fecility you should carry three pin plug socket

Located near aluva metro station, you have easy access to the metro, railway station, bus stops, and private cabs. Hotels are available at reasonable prices. This hotel does not provide bottled water in rooms, they have kept a water can near reception, and you can take water in your own bottle. As xmas is coming up they have placed some items for sale. Tv does not work. The bathroom is neat but sometimes a bad smell arise. Hotel do not have restaurant service, have to eat from outside shops.
