I stayed for one day and it was bad experience On the bed I found dust , I discussed with hotel caretaker but he was saying that because the A/C mechanic come and repair the so that is the reason in Washroom there was only one towel for 2 guest . I will not choose this property . NB: while sleeping body was itching because of the dust . Thanks

Stayed at Urban 24, Aluva. The stay was good and economical, with neat and comfortable rooms. However, one issue was that there is no lift in the property, and since our room was on the third floor, it was quite difficult for my aged parents to manage the stairs. Overall, decent budget stay if you don’t have mobility concerns.

The room was neat and clean. Room facility was also good, but staff were not so friendly. When i entered the room there were some used towels lying on the table.

The staff were friendly and accommodating, the amenities were top-notch, and the overall experience was fantastic. The only minor drawback was the room size - it was a bit cozy, and the furniture could have been arranged more thoughtfully. Specifically, the wardrobe was congested, making it tricky to open and access my belongings. However, these small issues didn't detract from my overall enjoyment of the hotel. Average. Excellent Location. But very poor service n amenities. Could not get Hot Water for Bath. No chair in the room. Could not provide extra additional sheet. One towel for two people .
