I didn't stay at the property for a full night. So I don't know if the property provides food. But when we check in to the property they provide a bottle of mineral water. The facility was nice and comfortable. Also the location was nice and the room and bathroom are very clean and neat.

Neat and clean rooms , located in the outskirts of Cochin, close to Aluva , this property is close to Companypadi metro. Property don't have lift, if you are holding luggages will be difficult to reach higher floors, steps in staircase is half and feel scary while stepping up.

I stayed for one day and it was bad experience On the bed I found dust , I discussed with hotel caretaker but he was saying that because the A/C mechanic come and repair the so that is the reason in Washroom there was only one towel for 2 guest . I will not choose this property . NB: while sleeping body was itching because of the dust . Thanks

Stayed at Urban 24, Aluva. The stay was good and economical, with neat and comfortable rooms. However, one issue was that there is no lift in the property, and since our room was on the third floor, it was quite difficult for my aged parents to manage the stairs. Overall, decent budget stay if you don’t have mobility concerns.

The location is good, the metro station is opposite. There were no utensils to eat from, which seemed like a disadvantage.

VFM... Excellenf location, not just near to metro station.... next building is metro. Decent Rooms... No inhouse Restaurant (You have restaurant next door) AC is good Hot Shower can be better...

The property is located very close to metro which is very useful if you plan to travel using metro.
