*5/5 Stars* "I recently had the pleasure of staying at this Urbn 24 Urbn 24 , and I was thoroughly impressed! The staff were friendly and accommodating, the amenities were top-notch, and the overall experience was fantastic. The only minor drawback was the room size - it was a bit cozy, and the furniture could have been arranged more thoughtfully. Specifically, the wardrobe was congested, making it tricky to open and access my belongings. However, these small issues didn't detract from my overall enjoyment of the Urbn 24. The positives far outweighed the negatives, and I'd definitely recommend this Urbn 24 to others. Great job, and looking forward to my next stay!"

It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service.I was very pleased with my stay. meteo station is just opposit & turkish majlis, saravana bhavan restaurants are near to this building "I had a fantastic stay at urban 24 The location was perfect, just a short walk from the metro station turkish majlis & saravana bhavan restaurants and the sbi bank. The room was spotless and comfortable, with a beautiful view of the city road. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and I especially appreciated the mini fridge they provided. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would highly recommend this Urbn 24 to anyone visiting aluva/cochin

I recently stayed at Urbn24 in Aluva and had a pleasant experience. The rooms were clean, modern, and well-maintained. The location is perfect—right next to the Companypady metro station, which made traveling around Kochi super easy. The staff was polite and helpful throughout my stay. Though the Urbn 24 doesn’t have a lift, the staircase access was manageable. One small issue was the water quality—it could be improved. Still, for the price, it’s definitely value for money. Would recommend it for short business or transit stays!

I had a good stay at this Urbn 24. The rooms were clean and well-maintained. It's conveniently located right on the main road, making it easy to access public transport. The biggest plus is its proximity to Companypady metro station — it's barely 20 meters away, which was super convenient. Great option for a short, hassle-free stay.

Decent stay, very well maintained. Quite a new building i suppose, no elevator though but stairs is fine. Staff is good clean and neat stay while being very close to the metro station as well.

new property and hence neat and tidy. but they have really bad water in bathroom - yellowish and hard water. everything else was great

The property is located very close to metro which is very useful if you plan to travel using metro.

The room is clean and very comfortable for traveling anywhere because it is very close to the metro station.
