Poor Stay

Room floor and bathroom was not clean, the towel was yellowish, not well washed, contact numbers not displayed in the room. Poor phone response from restaurant, iron box not provided, informed that only 2 iron box for all the rooms. Overall bad experience, will never recommend for others.

Very good customer service by reception team and waiter jince. For rooms i can give 3star only. Bedsheets are not clean and the disadvantage is i found that the cleaner is entering to my room without my permission and told that he opened for cleaning my room. It's not acceptable. Housekeeping person can clean the room if i am available in that room. I saw this matter when i was entering to room after my work.

soloThe hotel is well located next to metro line. The room was clean and well appointed. Bathroom was also clean. Though they are charging for breakfast but it’s just one item and served in the room. Food quality needs vast improvement. I was served up-ma but could not eat it though it’s one of my favorite snacks. Yet to restart the restaurant. They have three bars - local, executive and roof top. They do serve food there. Good place for singles till the restaurant restarts.

Our stay was really comfortable. Reception was very polite and helpful. Room was very clean, spacious and beautiful.Loved the stay but remember maximum hotel in this area are non- vegetarian hotel and menu was disturbing to see.

Approx 15 km far away from airport, address mentioned was wrong, no hand wash in hotel, hotel fan is so noisy, only and only bathroom is good. Its my 1st and last stay in this hotel. Never suggest to anyone.
