Rooms were not up to mark , unhygienic , no pest control , AC was working good .

The room was not as per the expectation. It's my fourth stay at this hotel. Every time they downgraded the room. This toilet was also dirty.

Though hotel is good, but not supporting anything. As for example, we are a group of 8,travel Kolkota for Kick boxing tournament from Delhi, we asked to prepare breakfast early for us, as our event start at 8 am, but they could not provide. Hence we have to leave breakfast and our money wasted. Also food preparation is bit delay. Waiters are money minders. Rest Ok Ok.

Incompetent staff. The room does not have proper furniture. The restaurant is not clean. breakfast is not as expected. poor services. WC seat was dirty. The washbasin tab was not cleaned for long.

basic shady hotel not worth the price should be for max 3000 incl taxes dirty rooms poor management

Location was Good but Washroom was not. very Small in size. food is ok ok and service also ok. Balcony not for use

it was a very bad experience with my one day stay. i wanted to extend but the terrible condition of hotel forced me to book another hotel .following key points why not to choose this hotel :- 1.rooms are quite small and congested. 2.i see this is a 3 star hotel, so one could expect a kinley water bottle instead of “bistrol”1/2litre water bottle. 3. they provide only 1/2 litre 2 bottles of water for whole one day. 4. ⁠they provide no necessary accessories like tooth brush, tooth paste, shaving kit etc. 5. ⁠washroom water taps are not working properly.too slow speed of water coming out of tap. 6. ⁠they do write complimentary breakfast, but in the name of breakfast they provide only puri, sabzi,bread & omelette. moreover they provide worst quality water in the name of ro in breakfast table. 7. ⁠even small hotels and lodges provide many things in cheap 8. ⁠worst experience ever. 7.

Property location is the attraction. Right in the happening place of Gariahat. Food was basic for breakfast - puri and aloo or bread and omlet. Amenities- basic. Service - basic.

Pleasant stay, clean room, good hospital, polite staff. The breakfast options offered as a booking combo were nicely curated, too.

Room service was good. The room was neat and clean. The only problem was my room did not have an intercom, though whenever i called them over the phone, they responded. Food was also good. The bathroom though neat and clean had a bit of a smell, but the exhaust took care of that. Overall it was a good and safe stay since i was a single woman staying there. I faced absolutely no problem

I stayed in this hotel for 5 days for office work. This hotel is very good to stay in. I really wanted to stay for more days but what to do. I had come to Kolkata for office work so I could not stay. But next time whenever I get a chance to come to Kolkata, I will definitely stay in this hotel

Wonderful living conditions, food was excellent, employees ' behavior was nice. Overall services were nice. The hotel is at a great location! cons: the bathroom had a water logging problem.

Initially i did face a problem with the size and cleanliness of the room but everything was sorted out and finally the stay was good. The behaviour of the staff is commendable.

Iexperience was good, hotel was good in look and rooms are clean and, hotel staff very helpful and genuine, thank you treebo. But i did not got any water bottle.

The room was well furnished, comfortable mattresses, tea maker machine and nice almirah in place and washroom was clean. The hotel is near to park street.
