HOTEL STEAM

The hotel was as expected for a 2-star. The staff was excellent, however. Cleanliness was okay, not great. The things that were not good: 1. No lock on the door. Only key, which can be opened from outside. 2. Teabags smelt bad. 3. Quilt covers were not clean.

Hotel steam is wonderful experience. Well maintained property, State of art facilities, standerd food quality, polite staff and quotable hospitality. Overall a good place to stay in Kolkata as per as the connectivity is concerned.

The location and hygiene was excellent. Would always want to go back to this place. Their hospitality is also excellent. They even have cloak rooms in case u need it before or after checking out. It was an amazing stay.

The hotel is conveniently located on the hazra road just 1 km from jatin dais park metro. It's clean. The staff are polite and helpful. It's a nice place to stay for a day or two.

I stayed with my family in 2 rooms here for 3 days. Came to visit our relatives who are staying nearby to this place. This property is new, neat and clean. It is opposite to national high school. We spent our time outside during daytime and came back by night each day. So we didn't need any common area or food from this hotel. So it served the purpose and also looked safe for family. One thing to note is that, there is no restaurant where we can sit and eat food at this hotel and also no free breakfast. However you can order food to the room itself. If you are looking for a good, neat room, safety, room comfort, then this is the best place to stay in this area.
