Recommended hotel in The heart of The City

Staying in The Guest, in Ballygunge, Kolkata was a nice experience for me. The hotel is located in a nice and happening place but still is quite secure. The staff was very nice and helpful. The hotel is very nice and clean. The lunch and dinner at The hotel are also very good. According to me, where The hotel can improve is The breakfast menu. The breakfast menu is very limited.

familyStaff- Helpful and friendly, prompt in response and ready to help. 8 on a scale of 10. Owner's definitely greedy, want money in cash without receipts, bad mouthing MMT. 1 on a scale of 10. Property- Room adjoining balcony. The balcony is nice and spacious on the 1st floor. Rooms are basic, decor not so great, cleanliness 5 on a scale of 10. Absolutely average. Definitely not worth the price charged. Towels are threadbare, sheets with holes and stain.
