Centrally located , during pujo easy to access pandals in north and south Kolkata . Good amenities comfortable rooms well equipped. Good staff: prompt and cordial has a coffee shop accessible from the lobby . Cab service was provided promptly on request. Overall a good experience lobby We were visiting Kolkata for Durga puja and Taj Vivanta was an appropriate choice in terms of location and accessibility. Was close to the city centre and equidistant from prime locations ( pandals )in the city . Amenities were good Food was good The roof top pool was clean and relaxing Cab bookings were prompt . Staff was extremely cordial and helpful .

Property is located at primary location . check in was smooth and amenities and services were top Notch. The food was nice and the complementary breakfast was delicious 😋

We thoroughly enjoyed the warm hospitality of the entire team of Vivanta Kolkata. Everything was exceedingly smooth right from check in to check out. The property is very conveniently located with comfortable and spacious rooms. Our request for interconnected rooms (for us a family of 4) was given due importance and taken care of. Special thanks to Mr. Arnab, Mr. Moshtaque, Mr. Dinesh, Ms. Bhumija and Ms. Dwitipriya for their promptness and efficiency, always with a smiling face.

Had already informed the hotel that there was an error in the booking. Had booked for the previous day but somehow, since it was post 12 AM, the booking was taken for the next day. Requested to cancel the booking for the next day as I was already staying there and paid extra. And so they blamed the third party application Make My Trip and didn’t issue the refund intentionally, so that they can loot money from the visitor.

It was a great experience staying at Vivanta. Staff are welcoming. Facilities are great. Food wad good.

"The quality of food was disappointing. We ordered pasta and lassi, but the pasta was undercooked and did not taste good, while the lassi was watery and tasted more like sweet buttermilk. Additionally, the restaurant service was poor — water was served only after 20 minutes of placing the order."

Vivanta Kolkata is a decent property in the budget. The rooms are pretty clean. The staffs are pretty friendly and the food is okay. Overall a nice place to stay in considering the budget.
