The rooms are clean and functional. The breakfast buffet is excellent with lots of healthy options. The whole staff is very helpful and friendly. Highly recommend staying here with family. Excellent location.

It was a good stay with good facility and food. The staffs were very good and the service was excellent

Had already informed the hotel that there was an error in the booking. Had booked for the previous day but somehow, since it was post 12 AM, the booking was taken for the next day. Requested to cancel the booking for the next day as I was already staying there and paid extra. And so they blamed the third party application Make My Trip and didn’t issue the refund intentionally, so that they can loot money from the visitor.

It was a great experience staying at Vivanta. Staff are welcoming. Facilities are great. Food wad good.

Vivanta Kolkata is a decent property in the budget. The rooms are pretty clean. The staffs are pretty friendly and the food is okay. Overall a nice place to stay in considering the budget.

The Vivanta property is located near Acropolis Mall . Its a central location next only to Park Street. The property is well suited for business travellers in particular. The breakfast spread is reasonable . The service is quite prompt and reflective of Taj standards.
