Stay was good..The food is overpriced..Rest all are quite Good..

Property is clean, full of activities (some are chargeable), and good . More maintenance is needed like proper working lights, a good condition shower etc.

Food is very expensive rest property is all good just a little scary at night

Location of the property was excellent Management wasn't cooperative on the date of arrival Food was amazing what we didn't expect. Child play area n children playing zone not upto mark

Food was amazing. Rooms are bit old fashioned and few things are non-functional. Though overall stay was good.

We had a good stay at Amaya, the property is green and beautiful. Even the food is great. There was no buffet options for dinner, would be nice if there’s a dinner buffet.

the most unhygienic place visited ever. the response of the staff is also very rude when we tried to convey them related to the issue. roaches are everywhere inside the room. If I have rate something then, its below zero, of course

The service at the hotel was terrible, The first day of my stay I asked for indian food as mentioned in the late night menu they said that the Indian chef had gone to sleep. The day of check out I asked for an extension of 1 hour and the buffer time was 3 hours but they didn't give us any sort of extension.

Had a really great time at Amaya Resort! The place is super peaceful and surrounded by greenery, which makes it perfect for a break from the city. Rooms were clean and comfy, food was tasty, and the staff was very friendly and helpful throughout. Loved the vibe of the property and would definitely like to come back again!

rooms were not clean and towel and toiletries were not places and also after call also service provided was after too long and even buggy service was super slow not value for money

The entire property is too good their pool villa ,suite each and every property is good service at every point where ever u want to go in their property area they ll provide you toto rickshaw only their restaurant part is quite expensive

Overall splendid experience. Exceeded pur expectations. From ease for check in and check out, to food quality, to service to room facilities and quality, to amenities (Swimming pool, Table tennis, Carrom, Foosball) to overall property maintenance, to staff behavior, everything was too notch. The direct pool access was a highlight for both the kids and adults, making our stay even more enjoyable. Service: The hotel staff were friendly, courteous, and always eager to help with any requests. From check-in to check-out, everything was handled smoothly. Additional Perks: We also received a 10% discount on spa sessions, which was a pleasant surprise—advance booking was required, but definitely worth it for some relaxation. Few Staffs were very rude to us there were invigilators as if , they were constantly back of us as if we will get people inside the room without there permsion my driver was been rudely called as he was having lunch as we dont keep our drivers outside as they are family to us

The place is beautiful . Food is amazing , spa is wonderful. Commendable room service . Just feel property requires and uplift. Pool is good , however need maintenance . Overall a good stay !

worst service not able connect receptionist,the room was flooded with water which was leaking through washroom.Staff behaviour was also very rude they were cordinative at all.this kind of service was not acceptable from MMT

Resort location is good and has many activities to enjoy. Some activities are paid. Main downside is room it needs some renovation. Pool is also nice and large. Staff behaviour is also nice.
