From the call received confirming the booking to checking out, it was a warm feeling with professional service. Looking forward to another visit.

Food prices are so high, one omelet 400 rupees, check in time was so delayed, we got room keys 3 pm, quantity of food is so less and not up to the mark compared with high price.

Just loved the property , ambience , people. everything is good . The food is amazing. The breakfast is very good

The property is very good and worth going. However food is too costly and better to go to Azad hind dhaba adjacent to the property. However lighting at property is a bit less than required at night.

The stay was amazing Best part was room with direct access to pool. That is the best part of the property. Rest I didn’t find anything extraordinary. Spa is pathetic , waste of money. Breakfast is very good.

I booked 2 premere. rooms for 5 persons for 3 nights & I paid full amount for it. It came out to be for 2 persons due to your mistake. It was lot of to sort it out.

Overall nice ambience. However, there were a few small issues which I feel are important for fellow travellers like me - very few English channels on TV, no smart TV, limited options of non-veg food, both in the breakfast and room service. The spa masseuse's can be better trained. The amenities were as expected, rooms were of a very comfortable size, and the buffet meals were good. Nice place to walk around and the entire property is well maintained and clean. they have a small recreational room with TT, Carrom, Table football, Pool (chargeable), chess and you can take bicycles on rent. Pretty strict about the check-out time, but maybe because of the Puja rush.

Overall experience was pleasant. Staffs are well behaved, cordial & helpful. The property area is huge and full of greens. Pool is big and well maintained. Complementary breakfast was fantastic. Foods price is insane example 3 boil eggs was 300 or 400 something. We have ordered one non veg platter in lunch which cost us 1225 + gst & quality taste not up to the mark. Smart tv option not there.

Stay was good..The food is overpriced..Rest all are quite Good..

Property is clean, full of activities (some are chargeable), and good . More maintenance is needed like proper working lights, a good condition shower etc.

Food was amazing. Rooms are bit old fashioned and few things are non-functional. Though overall stay was good.

We had a good stay at Amaya, the property is green and beautiful. Even the food is great. There was no buffet options for dinner, would be nice if there’s a dinner buffet.

the most unhygienic place visited ever. the response of the staff is also very rude when we tried to convey them related to the issue. roaches are everywhere inside the room. If I have rate something then, its below zero, of course

The service at the hotel was terrible, The first day of my stay I asked for indian food as mentioned in the late night menu they said that the Indian chef had gone to sleep. The day of check out I asked for an extension of 1 hour and the buffer time was 3 hours but they didn't give us any sort of extension.
