Making Special Moments Even More Memorable
The property is designed very thoughtfully, and the entire ITC staff is truly committed to making every guest’s stay and overall experience memorable. The food at Peshwa Pavilion was absolutely delicious, and we also enjoyed the relaxing services at the Kaya Kalp Spa and Salon. I had booked the ITC Shivaji Suite for my husband’s birthday and requested the staff to help me decorate the room as a surprise. The Guest Relations team went above and beyond to make this happen, ensuring every detail was perfect and making the celebration even more delightful. A special mention to Mr. Vijay, our point of contact, who was extremely attentive and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our 2-day stay. Overall, it was a truly wonderful experience, and we look forward to visiting again.

Excellent Stay
Food was amazing . What is not very impressive at ITC is the coffee. Seems to not be as strong for a regular. All the rest is amazing . Staff are helpful . Reception support is immense .

poor service
I had a lunch mentioned in my inclusion section but the hotel denied by saying we provide dinner whereby my booking was 8am to 8 pm n voucher clearly mentioned lunch included but yet the hotel denied

it was an absolutely amazing stay at the ITC. Vaidehi from the housekeeping did a great job, each and every staff members all the way from check in to check out were extremely pleasant. special shout out for the spa team at the ITC. definitely a place to explore with your loved ones

Buffet is as big let down.
Food was sad, spread was weak for a luxury 5 star. For vegetarians there was only aloo bhaji, aloo sabzi and aloo salad + 5 variety of hummus.

Good Stay
The ambience was great especially the room . I wish there was netflix or more engaging tv channels rather than old traditional tv channels. The bathtub could have been more clean as there were a few strands of small hair stuck around the corners it kind of put me off additionally the food could have been more tasteful and spicy felt kind of bland and the options were limited. Would have enjoyed some pasta or pizza or some varieties

Brilliant as always!
I am ITC Maratha was a great stay check. It was a hick up brother net. Every thing was great buffet. Breakfast is a brilliant complete and has a lot of varieties of the pool is also very very nice room is excellent. Very spacious. I will separate bath as he has a septate bottom and a separate shower area and services are brilliant. Anything that you asked what is brought to you so overall 10 on 10 is day

Good Stay
Excellent experience during check in thanks to Sushmita Shetty arranging a nice cake to celebrate birthday along with hot refreshing tea. Also thanks to the staff at the lounge for a pleasant experience during luxury hours and to the spa folks too. Only recommendation to to improve the breakfast and dinner food which was good but not great.
