Poor Stay
Very disappointed, the hotel was not even provided a water bottle, a very cozy room, there were also rats chirping.no maintenance of the room, in the name of the furniture there was only one table and chair, totally unsatisfied

Should correct their commitment shown on MMT portal.
Hotel Grandeur is not meeting all the conditions as displayed in the MMT window They are claiming that they will provide breakfast as complimentary, but they don't have any kitchen. So this is the fake part of service they are displaying in their intro on MMT. MMT should look into this. But good thing is that staff is supportive.

The hotel rates were over priced. It was an overall average stay and ok for a short stay only like 1 day.

Avoid it!
Please avoid at all cost, dirty bathroom, walls, looks that it needs a renovation urgently. The staff was nice.

Terrible Stay
the worstest hotel I have ever seen,I booked 2 super delux rooms but they provided standard rooms with very low space. room tv was damaged ,even no bathroom soap was available.and the atmosphere was very smelly.the experiance was just terrible

Not good
Very smelly room very small. Though the staff tried to do best but i will not recommend. Mosquitoes not hygienic

Best hotel
I was denied breakfast which was included in my booking confirmation. Less rating for room because of leaking tap, dysfunctional toilet seat and faulty bathroom door otherwise friendly staff and good location near metro, many restaurants and local market.

Pathetic hotel - no towel, poor cleanliness, mosquitoes in room, tap was broken, dirty bed sheets, room service so poor. Highly not recommended.

Pathetic stay experience
This was a fully prepared booking for a business travel. On arrival to the hotel we will told that we are shifting you to another hotel by the same owner. Beware provided rooms in ground floor of alternate hotels. Bathroom slop was incorrect so water was clogged. There were mosquitoes but no mosquito repellents available. Bathroom shower was not working and broken no front desk support

They didn't give me check in because we have local ids i have make full payment and not given me room so i want my full booking amount refund otherwise i will complaint further that make my trip and hotel granedor both cheating to customer

Pols keep hotel grandeur as ones last choice. Lot of area the hotel has to improve. Shabby ambience.

Dont want to write long blog on this hotel & waste my time. But i would request not to book this hotel at all.

Most unhygienic and claustrophobic spaces
The room itself is so small that it barely fits only a small bed around the four walls. Room is full of moulds and even the locality around the hotel seems unsafe specially for a solo traveller. Washroom was very dirty and fittings were broken. Heap of dust all over in the room, bedsheets dirty and used, and small micro insects all over in the room. I had to checkout of this hotel(if one can even call it so) in just half an hour as stay here was just not possible. Worst experience of stay ever. Highly non recommended. Save your money and peace of mind. Avoid staying herr at all costs.

Had a wonderful experience!
Hotel grandeur is one of the best hotels near mumbai airport. I had to catch a flight early morning and mr salim was very helpful throughout my stay. The food was very delicious and rooms very were clean. I’m definitely going to come back here!
