Hotel Sai Leela

There was a big rat in the room that came out at mid night ( around 12 am ) while we were sleeping, they were ready to change the room but we had to leave after 2 hours. so we had to decline and stay in the same room because we were too sleepy feeling and we had a long journey after 3 am. Plus there was always TERRIBLE SMELL EVEN AFTER SPRINKLING TOO MUCH ROOM SPRAY

There is no water at bathroom staff, not cooperative planned things not available. So uncomfortable stay.

This is not a place to stay for couples and families. No direct telivision, no dental and shaving kit provided, food service is very poor and they serve as per their convenience not as per guest request. Room cleaning is terrible and require repeated requests. overall not to be recommended

The condition of the hotel was terrible and the staffs charged us more money than it was shown There were cockroaches and insects all around. There was mushroom grown near the the ac and it was smelling a lot. After all the condition of the hotel was very poor

When i was reached the hotel but property manager denied for my booking and said that his property rate is high which is not relevant to your booking, hence he denied my booking, request you to please refund my money.

Hotel is so dirty doesnt match the standards at all. There were cockroaches all over, the light pads were dirty and even the room is so small. The bathroom stinked. Over priced and absolute waste of money.

worst worst worst experience i have got here, they don't even change the bedsheets which stains, bad smell in room, suffocating rooms dirty toilet, they don't even allow your guests to freshen up for sometime they said book another room very horrible😤
