Hotel is not worth it.

Found property through MMT 1. Infrastructure is very small in dimensions that I had to bend myself down to move. 2. Rooms were stinky & have cockroaches in almirah & bed 3. Bed sheets were dirty & dental kit was not provided. 4. And Importantly, INTERNET WAS NOT WORKING IN MY ROOM & no body took action even after multiple complaints. It's about only 2 days which made me heavy to spend. Never book this hotel.

soloThe hotel was located near international airport. It was near was located near a main road. Cabs and other transports are easily accessible. It is near a metro station. Hotel is quite clean and well maintained. Food quality is good. Hotel staffs are well behaved and amicable. Powai lake is nearby. Overall experience is very good. Cost is reasonable.

businessI used to stay at this property since last 4 years on regular basis. It is convenient location for me. But recently observed some services related problems like non working or non maintenance of room i. E. Tv, remotes, kettle are always in not working or bad conditions, sinking smell in rooms, uncleanliness of bedsheets n towel’s, delaying room services etc. This is need to be improved and maintained.

familyThere were cockroaches coming out from under the bed end number of misquotes, and there was noise from top of the ceiling which was never ending when complained we were told there is a gap in d ceiling and there was a rats in the gap so nothing could be done it was a disappointment and in-fact a very smelly room
