except bread butter/jam and omlet they don't prepare any other food but they arrange it from outside staffs are very well behaved the property has no lift and the stair heights are high otherwise property is new so everything are almost new

The services were very prompt, though there was no restaurant however they managed us food at 11:30 PM from their partner restaurant.

Room size very small, Good location, Good room service, Best co-operative staff.

Food arrange from out side , not prepared in house but however quality of food is everage.

Frankly this is a horrible place. The location is worst. Its a noisy hotel. Not sure whether noise was of the guests or general public. We had booked for triple occupancy and the room offered to us had hardly any space left to walk after the beds. Room was smelly and had no windows. Do not stay here. Our room was non refundable and we just had to spend 8-10 hours there but still even at the cost of loosing money we did not stay.

Its a good place ,everything is fine .there food is not that up to the mark but There tea and breakfast is good.amenities are good to..and they provide good service too

The room was really clean and people were really nice. Good hospitality. Good location near to marol metro station. Highly Recommend.

Though I booked for 3 persons, hotel management charged 3000/- extra for extra bed, there was no hot water in washroom....only manual arrangement as and when asked....room space is very narrow...no lift but staircase is very steep...

Room was neat and clean, but the space shown in the image of the website seems huge, but in real, the rooms are bit compact. All the staffs are very friendly and helpful.

androme not available any amenities I order one cup tea hotel after take order not give me in all day at the check out time Hotel receptionist the saying me my induction it's a not working the reason I had made a booking for 2 people but the hotel did not allow the second guest to check in. There was a manager who said that couples are not allowed but I had seen on the site that couple friends are allowed.

We having a very comfortable friendly stay at hotel zara international ,staffs are very helpful and cooperative ,fooding management also very nice , rooms are spacious and very well decorated n clean.. in one word a very comfortable stay within budget

While there was a slight bug problem in my room, my overall stay was pleasant - helpful and cordial staff, timely response, ideal location, good food.

The hotel is good and simple. They provide proper services to you and restaurant food is good.Every one should try their bhuna in main course it is too good.
