Hotel Lucky Galaxy

The rooms are not clean. I made mistake by booking this hotel

Hotel staircase is very compact. I was given room on 3rd floor and there was no elevator. I had to carry by bags to the third floor. Staff doesn’t help to carry luggage to the room. Hotel is not well maintained.

the rooms are very small not clean and also tv is not working it was not a good stay ofcourse even also not clean

Won't recommend such hotels. Towel was smelling, washroom there was no shampoo or body wash. Just gave ham-mam small soap. Entry is congested. Door lock was with normal latch key.

This property is in a pathetic condition and not worth having on makemytrip. The basic amenities are lacking, and the cleaning and hygiene are subpar. The rooms are badly maintained, very old, and don't even provide basic needs like drinking water, paste, and brush. Additionally, hot water was not available. My experience last night was terrible, and i would not suggest this hotel. I kindly request that you remove this property from makemytrip to avoid damaging your reputation.

Hotel property is not good for night stay, room is very small and dirty, no any facility, hotel staff behaviour very rude. The rooms are not as shown. I had cancel-led my booking on that time but hotel management not any proper answer for refund

Don't don't ever book it's a small guest house not a hotel and why make my trip is on-boarding this kind of hotel i don't know. No lift no breakfast no ac proper very very poor

Needs much improvement in bed room and also exterior. Telephone facility, led tv not running, table, chair is pvc but not in condition to use

Location is good, rooms are very small ok for 1 person, staff is good and co operative, ac was good. Not suitable for family. I had booked with dinner and breakfast. Dinner was good. Very close to airport.

Very third class hotel. Tour images shown are shown are fake. The bathroom are very horrible. Smell liked a human dead body

Being a single lady traveller the toilet tile was coming out room was smelling when i have entered in night 1 am. 8:30 am they are telling me only bread butter is available why dont they just shut the hotel in that case! will not recommend to anyone and pictures shown are different when it reality its pathetic

It was clean and the room was cozy. Light setups are pretty and the most satisfying is the soft mattress and the pillow. The momo was the best momo i’ve ever tasted in mumbai, it reminds me of my home. Thank you so much for that.

The room was terrible. The bathroom door is not possible to close. The light inside the wardrobe is not able to switch off
