Asked for kind size bed which paid for got 2 different beds even after informing them at the lobby they didn’t help

Hotel is at best location and breakfast was also good.

They clearly had taken way more reservations than the number of rooms they had. I had a 3 hour reservation and finally got the room after 40 mins of delay. That too post great difficulty. They had a unique requirement of asking for unmasked Aadhar . They denied the entry on my masked Aadhaar. I had to finally arrange for my DL. To accept that too they took ages. They clearly had no rooms.

My stay at the property was truly pleasant and comfortable. The location was perfect — easily accessible and close to major attractions and transport facilities. The rooms were neat, well-maintained, and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The staff was very polite and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. The food quality was excellent with a good variety of options in both vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes. The overall service was prompt and professional, making my stay enjoyable and hassle-free. Would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a peaceful and convenient stay.

The room was in poor condition, Wardrobe lock was broken, Leakage on walls and dusty windows . Room looked nothing like shown in pictures The restraunts refused to serve us twice that we have to opt for dinner because they have event 2nd time we have been asked to wait for 15-20 mins if we opt for a la karte and seat was immediately available if we opt for buffet. They are just interested in Big event at Hotel and not interested if you have booked single room

i had been there for stay and when i booked on make my trip it didn't showed up that the pool is closed and when we did our check in process that time they said us the pool area is under maintenance and when i had a word with the hotel staff they were not able to talk properly one of the worst stay i won't prefer to go back there it was worst stay i have stayed in many hotels and this has been worst

Our experience at Goldfinch Hotel was extremely disappointing. We had called in advance to request an early check-in, but despite reaching by 11:30 AM, the room was handed over only at 1:30 PM with no courtesy, no welcome drinks, and zero hospitality. The worst part — we lost gold earrings in the room. Only one part was recovered, and the staff claimed the remaining pieces were not found. If one part was located, it clearly means the others were also there — but there was no genuine effort from the housekeeping or management This shows serious negligence and lack of accountability.Definitely not recommended for anyone who values safety, honesty, or professional service.

Good stay, clean property, nice hospitality fast service and good food

Room key card never worked once you step out and come back, this happened thrice with me on this stay. Room service took 30 mins to come when i complained to come and check washroom water leakage reception took 20 mins to send a duplicate key card as my key was not working when i called from my floor room and bathroom is too congested and i wonder how they named it club suite breakfast spread is same everyday overall not at all happy and i will never stay here

Not good service

we were not even allowed to play music on volume 20 where we were told the guest beside us was doing a night shift and was getting disturbed we checked into the hotel right through the lobby but we again interrupted and askd we had a 3rd person in the room that just doesn't make any sense when we checked in as a couple and you'll don't trust your hotel security that you all had to check if there was a third person in the room. I booked the room to spend good time but had terrible experience will never recommend this place and the person who spoke to us was incredibly rude missed to check her name but she had 0 customer service.

Hotel facility is very good, it's location is optimal as it's a few kms away from the airport and near the SEEPZ area. Staff was very friendly. Only issue is that the restaurant entry is from outside of the lobby area of the hotel, so while it rains you need to have an umbrella while going out for breakfast. Overall a total value for money.

when I visited the hotel different room was given then what was shown to me then after taking the issue they provided different room where on the top construction work is going lot of disturbance and sound is coming and door key was not working poor customer service and lack in ownership food was not proper and no proper arrangements are made it was terrible stay for 7 days would never visit neither recommend some one for the same

The room was not up to the mark and smelling very bad, the staff too were much arrogant

I request and non smoking room and i was given room with smoking smell Whole 5th floor was had smoking smell bathroom was full of mold please avoide this hotel
