We expected a lot from this hotel but when we arrived their was electricity issue in our room, food was okaish, in breakfast food was cold enough asked staff to preheat but was ignored, when I arrived for breakfast they told me I t’s already over even though I paid Make my trip emailed me they would give me 4 hours extra after official checkout time but they denied gave me 2 hours only and after I complained gave an hour extra. At restaurant so poor hospitality very rude other wise staff was good in surrounding I was getting good hotels but I chose them still had pathetic experience totally disappointed ohh yes forgot my room bathroom door broke was not able

Always loved to go to Mirador since 2010.. been visiting biskoti for their signature chicken club sandwich, which is still all time favorite time to pick .. this time I was there for a three days stay .. and the stay was wonderful .. they have got all amenities and especially their buffet consist of variety of dishes and the staff are very friendly in assisting even in buffet area ... especially dinner buffet with live music was lovely which ended up the day with soothing melody songs ....All Mirador staff are very friendly especially Allan and Pankaj was very helpful and kind and helped us in a very smooth transition.. not but the last their housekeeping staff who were also friendly... All Mirador staff would always have a smiling face and approachable.. I would choose again to stay at The Mirador.... ☺️ I would highly recommend if u prefer to stay in Andheri .. metro is easily accessible, Auto rickshaws u will get easily .. Ola will reach u in mins...

Very good value for money. Perfect for solo, family or couples. Hospitality is top notch, food is a little on the expensive side, but the quality leaves no room for complaint. Special mention to the lunch buffet available everyday. Hotel staff is excellent and very courteous. Also the wifi is one of the fastest among hotels in this range across big cities in india currently. Perfect for those on a work trip. 5/5 very satisfied
