However, I have completed the last trip but my experience with the MakeMyTrip (MMT) offer was not smooth. The hotel staff seemed completely unaware of the discounts provided by MMT. When I tried to call the MMT call center to clarify, the hotel staff ignored my attempt to connect them with a representative. As a result, we were unable to use any of the offers provided by MMT."

There were cockroaches everywhere. They changed my room, and yet the problem persisted. Not only was the property their staff was also really really bad. My helpers have better accommodation than this hotel.

The room was clean and decent. Had a comfortable stay. Food is outsourced, nevertheless it is pretty good. They had a non-smoking sign put up in the lobby, but I got the smell of cigarettes when I entered the room, which they later resolved using a room freshener.
