The Roa Hotel

Location is very good. Staff is nice. Overall cleanlyness is good. Food price is costly, food quality is average. some floor tiles are loose. Bed could jave been better, spring mattress has lost stiffness

Budget hotel booked by third party, location is good but it gives me a feeling of lodge rather than hotel

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was very friendly. The food was delicious and the service was quick. Highly recommend it for a relaxing stay!

Comfortable with experience, Room net n clean and room service was good. Breakfast was really good with supporting stuff, they are provided one time order

The food is best!Hotel location is 5min walk towards metro station, my rooms phone was not working .

My door was knocked by the employee to check if anybody has checked in that room or not. Few minutes later a person from Room no 212 was trying to open my room's door without even knocking. Pathetic.

The breakfast and staff is really nice, but AC & WIFI was not working in my room that was really frustrating.

The booked room was not available as the hotel had given it to other guests. The room is in a pathetic condition.

It is a good family hotel. Food was amazing, facilities are also good. Staff behaviour was good. Especially the manager at the reception was quite welcoming.

Intercom was not working through out my 9 days stay Hand towel was not there Corridor was cleaned very low standard breakfast Not happy

Had to book the place in emergency but good hotel, good quality rooms, staff also very helpful and very friendly. The location of the hotel is just 5 mins walk from the metro and local station which is also very convenient.

Slightly overpriced and the breakfast is not very good with hardly any options. The rooms need renovation & service also needs to be upgraded

Facilities are not as per the standards shown on Make My Trip. Also, due to heavy rain and flood, i was arrived @ hotel 16th morning at 4 AM, so I have requested them to atleast extend my stay for 4 hrs for my parents. But they have not extended and I was compelled to book for next day.

Amenities and services and cleaning is very bad also metrics is dirtiness toilets very small and not clean

Rooms were good but there is nothing offered in terms of hospitality in hotel I think hospitality is the only thing we chose hotels for stay.
