Hotel Kc Residency ( Closed to Mumbai International Airport)

Ac managed by taping it by cello tape. no wake up call services. only thing loved is staff supportive. AC remote was provided after asked twice saying I need to remove it from the rooms. got charged for early morning check in after 8 am even when rooms were empty

The Property location is good, but unidentifiable by cab drivers, The Room was good, the furniture was quite old, The bathroom was not soo good, it was like old building. You can hear the Rats sound loudly above the Ceiling, that anytime they will break and come down. Toiletries are not enough. People are nice, price was nice, a bit improvement will make it amazing.

Good rooms, helpful l staff. Everything close by to the hotel. Good transport facilities. Good place to stay if you want to live in an affordable and good place.

Location is not rode side we are facing some problems and we are book for 2 night and we are came there at 4 clock evening that time they told us room not ready. We are seen they are gave our room to another guy for hourly basis. After 1 hour waiting they gave room. But room is very small bad condition. Next day they provide us good room.

My last time very bad experience. Not good hotel. Very small size rooms and not clean properly

I have been book but not decided to stay there the area of this hotel was surrounded by slum. Owner is not co operative. Total waste of money

The rooms had insects and worms in bathroom. The rooms are not like shown in picture. There was leakage in the bathroom to.

The room has so many cockroaches. They were all crawling on the floor, bed and on the walls. They don’t even provide a water bottle.

No ventilation available, wardrobe is broken, washroom is very small in size, no proper housekeeping is done. Hotel located below metro station. So noisy area.

Rat and cockroach in the room, food they provide is worst n charge heavy for tasteless food, no parking at all, n no ventilation at all
