Residency Hotel Andheri

Ambience of ur hotel is your hotel STAFF. Staff is so courteous is very department. Hope to see them on my next visit.

Great location - good connectivity yet serene, courteous staff, well appointed rooms, and tasty food.

The rooms were decent, clean, and the food was absolutely awesome. 24x7 restaurant was cherry on the cake when one was travelling late at night. The hotel is at a 15-20 min drive from the International Airport (t-2). They also provide pickup and drop at reasonable rates. The room service staff and housekeeping team were at the top of the chart. The hotel did not charge for the extra bed as well. The drivers were kind and very well versed with the area geography. The complimentary breakfast offered a lot of variety of food, each one better than the other.

Location is excellent, the hotel is in a very central place and well connected. Facilities are adequate, however they should have a Help desk to facilitate guests on know how about Mumbai and Maharashtra Food has variety but quite expensive

Property is old. Wires coming out from many walls. Not safe for kids.some room shower not working. Some rooms curtain broken not closing. Horrible experience

The hotel was good. Courteous staff. Good food, great cleanliness, nice decor and toiletries were of decent quality. Location too is good and closer to airport.

Location is excellent, food is good but expensive Service is fine. Staffs are courteous. The get up inside is smart.

The room was supposed to be no smoking room but there was a huge smoke in the room in the night from 1pm , due to which o had serious health issue, when asked to see the Hm was told there is only a front office manager in the hotel , absolutely unacceptable

Location is good as nearer to International Airport. Recently did renovation of rooms so very comfortable, food was awesome.

location is ok ok. Breakfast is average with limited options. Room was spacious but bed spread and bed sheets were faded and needs replacement. Staff were friendly. Overall average hotel.

The food was yummy, and the hospitality of each staff was impressed, the location very close to Airport, good and hygine decent hotel for family and ..overhall good experience and i recomend those who wnats to stay in Anderi east

The property is a relic of the past. Smelly rooms, dilapidated bathroom, barely enough light to shave and broken showers (with a bucket and mug to aid). You cant even get a hand towel or a pair of slippers.

Exillant service with great staff

The hotel room was clean, nice and spacious. Breakfast offered with a wide variety of food. The staff were friendly and helpful.

It’s an old property with high rentals, the room was stinking from seepage which they changed after complaining. The other room was better without seepage but overall the furnishings are old, seems it’s due for renovations big time. Breakfast lounge was over crowded and they were asking to vacate as soon as done with breakfast. A below average overall experience.

Rusted stand of mirror and wall cracks and breakfast variety is limited .Paying 5800 per day is not worth while
