It is horrible place to stay. They don’t even give bottle water. No provision of tea/coffee in the room

Wry terrible, property is to much old and furniture is in very bad condition and also all furniture of room and bathroom everything is in bad condition, very bad experience

This hotel is an old property situated in a centrally located area which is very close to andheri metro station. Deluxe rooms are good for the price that you pay. Don’t expect high facilities for this rate. Breakfast is served to room. Only 1 type of breakfast along with tea or coffee is served. Overall not bad for the rate that they charge

the facility in photo and actual is totally opposite, 🛏️ beds are hard and very old, smells, no hygiene, washroom is even more worse..over all not at all recommended for stay..not for night and not for hour also ..

During my stay at this hotel, i was struck by how effortlessly they blended comfort and style. The check-in process was quick, and i appreciated the staff’s professionalism. My room wasn’t overly fancy but had everything i needed: a comfortable bed, a clean bathroom, and a great view of the city skyline.

Worst stay ever in my life that too in city like mumbai. Everything was poor, they show something and they provide something else, i will never recommend my enemy also. And make my trip team should visit the hotel before offering to their old and loyal customers. Otherwise make my trip will loose their own customers

There was water leakage in the room. Bed was very uncomfortable got room service similar after 45 minutes

We have pathetic beds in rooms with bed worms crawling on the bed. Water was not coming properly, while taking shower water stopped then had to call to get it back. No water bottle was given, they said if you need you have to ask and then they will give ro water in a jug. Didn't expected this kind of room and service.
