location was perfect, situated close to the Aqua Line. We could only attempt the breakfast which was acceptable with a spread of Indian delicacies amenities were good. services were also upto the mark, with room cleaning carried out daily and a change of linen everyday

The property was clean and well maintained, the bed spread was clean and hygienic, good AC and the bathroom was clean and maintained. I am a non vegetarian and the chicken was so fresh even though the dish was ordered around 10 pm.

actually the booking was for two people. but they are costing extra for one people which is unnecessary. then there were no toiletaries. they charged extra for one people but then they didn't provide stuff for that extra people

While during our stay at suncity our bad ordeal started immediately with room size which was much smaller than expected and promised and when asked they said they don't have any left as they been been group booked So sadistic was their reply especially miss Nikita at front desk Second flush was not working and when complained they said push it three to four times and harder which was nightmare as we were with kids age 6 and 8 for them it was nightmare to use washroom Linen was damaged and when asked to change they it could be done next day only Now icing on the cake was when asked to clean room in morning they forgot and in evening Nikita said it was done in morning and she personally took care of it however when we had a argument and housekeeping came they admitted that they forgot to clean it Now coming to morning breakfast only idli sambhar and omlette and chicken sausages and for fruit they had watermelon and papaya

The rooms were spotlessly clean, the airconditioning was efficient to cool the room withing 10 minutes of entry. Check in experience was smooth and met very polite staff in house keeping and room service.

Nice & comfortable Hotel to stay in Andheri East. Well behaved staff, they have good restaurant both South and North cuisine. Be careful to check your billin g and also it would take a minimum of 20 to 30 min, so plan your checkout accordingly. Just be careful of the Map location as it would leave you in the opposite road... Otherwise all good and great.
