it was my 4th stay in that same hotel all the time AC was leaking,there were nothing but water on the floor. no smart tv no ott app were there.

The floors were dirty, the rooms were noisy, the refrigerator was not working, AC was not working properly, the washroom was really dirty with pee drops on the toilet seat, there was only one dim bulb in the washroom, taps were so poor quality with only boiling water coming out of them in the morning, and it was smelly as well, they provided only one towel which was smelly and gross, it was not wiping anything at all, they brought breakfast in trays and then asked to pick the dish from the tray, bedsheet was old and dirty. Nothing was good about this property, last time I stayed in different Hotel in Andheri East itself, which was cheaper than this one, and it was far better than this hotel, which was worse than a motel

I stayed in studio suit room with my family.The only problem with the room with windows is that there is a lot of noise during nyt time with the ongoining courier service work on the ground.The windows are not fully sound proof.I suggest dont take room with window.Rest all are ok.

Not the best but not even worst. Good for a small pit stop/ overnight stay. Would recommend only if you want budget friendly stay options else you can go for a bit higher and better priced stays

Just after entering in hotel reception met mr sajid khan my first experience was terrible. Room service was too bad after several remainders they came 2.30 pm to clean the room. Ground staff start giving excuses they got instructions from management that first they will clean those room which new guest was spouse to come than they will come for existing guest means once you are entered room you will be not entertained. All nonsense actually they are oyo hotel but not given full information
