The Location in which hotel is located is awful very dirty it has mostly basement rooms and too small rooms which are not comfortable at all staying there shatters complete peace of your mind .

Experience is not good as washroom condition is very poor. So many cockroches are available in room

It was good but no one came for cleaning and when i asked for them to clean the water that was dropping from the ac, they didn’t help out

Location was so bad that cab can’t reach to gate even. It’s in a slum area. Room was in a pathetic state no maintenance. Bathroom false ceiling half done.

The room was very small. The washroom had this drainage issue and the toilet seat can be compared with public toilet where public toilet seats will easily win. They did not provide any water bottle and neither there was any proper blanket offered. The bedsheet even had ciagratte burns in it and the room was also messy with ciagrattes ashes and half burnt ciagratte lying in the room. When i informed this to the management they mentioned please manage or else you can vacate the room.

Very poor hotel, poor service, worst maintenance, bad room, dirty bedsheets tv is not working staff is not supportive and very arrogant

Ac stopped working at midnight and leakage issues in the entire hotel no need to set alarm water leakage from the up will wake you up before time

Door lock is broken. Ac is not working. Tv shows no signal. Not proper staff. Not at good location. The hotel is not proper dont visit.

My guest is came fo 1 hour evening and hotel charges me 500- and no proper clean on daily basis. We have to inform everty time to hotel staff they only they will do the needful. I want refund of my amount back

The room was too small and darty even bed sheet and pillow cover was darty.
