it was totally different from the photo shown, had to ask for cleaning multiple time, overall very very bad experience, there were cockarogaes in the room, privacy was not at all there. worst experience ever

The room service was so bad and pathetic

There are restaurants on walking distance and online food delivery is also available. Railway station is only 1.5 KM away. Hotel rooms are nice for stay. But staff should maintain hygiene in rooms. Bedsheets and blankets were very dirty. Stains were visible and floor was also not clean.

The staff were nice and helpful, they're usually just a call away. Room is decent for the price you pay and quite close to the airport. Cleanliness can be improved but I guess that's the standard all over India and the road and construction outside was really loud. So if you are a light sleeper, then it could be a massive problem. Otherwise, for what it's worth, you get what you pay.

1. Unclean Room: The room we had requested for us wasn’t even ready early or even at 2 pm. It was given to us to occupy in a very dirty condition. The floor was dirty, there was hair in the bathroom and the floor. The cabinets weren’t dusted. 2. Unsupportive staff: When asked why there’s dirt and hair in the room the staff tell us that because we had asked to clean up soon he had to rush through it. 3. So though we were denied early check in, the room was only even decently ready by 3 pm (without any bathroom supplies and room supplies) that to because we couldn’t wait at the lobby for longer. This was after telling the hotel ahead of time about our check in dates. Never staying here ever again.

The location was good and the rooms were fine. Room had all the basic amenities either in room or in common area outside the room. It's more like a 2bhk flat. The only thing they need to work on is the cleanliness. Toilet seat had stain. Bedsheet and pillow cover also had some stains which raises hygiene issue.

Poor Service. People sitting at the front desk do not pay attention to guest needs and keep themselves busy watching videos on mobile.

The rooms are pathetic you can see dust all over. The bathroom is smelly. The bathroom arent great neither is the bedsheet and pillow cover.

Good location, mid of the city. Amenities are excellent. Need to improve on cleanliness.

Mattress was not so comfortable too much soft that it's going down very deep which made us very uncomfortable. it must be changed.

AC was not working. And food quality was good. Location was good
