The room was quite good, including the amenities and overall ambience. Also, the commute and reachability to Santacruz and nearby areas was quite good. Overall a good stay! Recommended place.

Location is good ,but we need to take side passage .Otherwise it takes through fish market . Good service .They have a tie up with other restaurants for food .No facility, if you want breakfast before 8am. Clean washrooms and rooms . But the bed sheet was torn .

Hotel is good , Service is ok. But the location of the hotel very very bad as the fish market and butcher house is in the ground floor. Every time you need to cross that area, which was terrific experience for me. Booked online unknowingly.

The location of property was not good... There was so many mutton shops at bottom.. Reason for bad smell. Food quality was below average.. There was no air vanilation and room size was so small... Won't suggest stay here.. Price too high for type of room.

It's was pleasant stay. Room was clean and tidy. Hotel was near to US consultant hardly 15 mins away. Only problem is while entering hotel from ground floor to 2nd floor there are beef and fish shops due to which it stinks if you can bear the smell then it's good option stay in this hotel.

The rooms are very clean and the staff is supper helpful. Only downside is that the breakfast is minimalistic due to no in-house kitchen. The location is superb, you have market, restaurant, ATMs, temple, auto-rickshaw stand, bus stop all below the building. University campus is 10 minutes walking.

The location is near to the US Consulate, Near Santra Cruz Railway East, Mumbai Best Bus Service at a cheaper rate from Santra Cruz Station to Kalina. The property is neat and clean. The hotel is also in budget.

First off all delete all the reviews that hospitality regarding this hotel very unruly behaviour of the people we experienced other than that surrounding ambiance really made us sick then don’t say that you are offering breakfast how dog was given with a piece of bread likewise it is The worst experience both inside and also outside The worst experience we had

After seeing the review I am littel bit worried about my stay, but the hotel was good. People said that there is a beaf store below the hotel that was true But apart form that its a good stay for people that went their US Visa Interview.

Location is sub-standard. Breakfast was included in my booking, but i was offered bread and jam! there were loud people and loud music from the guests next door, but the caretakers were showing helplessness in dealing with them.
