Indie Stays - BKC

Had a wonderful experience at Indie Stays. The room was clean, modern, and very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was perfect — close to everything, yet quiet at night. Breakfast was fresh and delicious. Highly recommend — I’ve stayed twice and would definitely stay again!

Polite and well groomed staff, clean and hygiene facility and good breakfast. Accessibility by road is good. Auto, cab for local travel is easily available. Peaceful. Work space availability in the lobby area

Had an amazing stay at The Indie Stay! The hotel is excellent with cooperative and friendly staff. The food was delicious, and the hospitality was truly warm and welcoming. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would love to visit again.

For the price that we pay,its definitely not worth it. Only advantage is the location. The rooms are very small without even cupboards. No hot water, no dental kit, etc etc. Breakfast options are very very limited.

room was clean and well maintained, good housekeeping services, toilet were clean and in good hygienic condition. morning breakfast can be more better. but still can have breakfast, only one or two items are not so good according to me.. staff is well mannered and very helpful.. hotel location is close to bandra kurla complex and close to US embassy.. overall it was a good experience.

The location of hotel is great in kalina. surrounding is good. hotel is neat and clean. rooms are clean. Good experience to stay at. breakfast was ok but overall a nice place to stay in kalina especially if ur planning to go around bkc . safe place too.

Let me start with the good things here because there are soo few. The reception area is nice where you can sit and work or just relax. The problem is these guys gave me a room above which there was construction work going on! And it was extremely noisy and annoying. When I asked them to stop it they said no they cannot ! Look at the audacity! Moreover when I asked them if they had a construction job planned that was loud, why didn’t they shut the entire floor ?? They simply were speechless as if this question is above their IQ! Even after multiple requests nothing happened and they simply seemed to not care. Absolutely careless and inhospitable. Definitely WILL NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE.

The blunk bed was clean, as if you have checked into a hotel room. The ambiance at the reception is amazing. The staff is helpful. You can sit and chill in their waiting/reception area. You don’t get free breakfast with a bunk bed.

The actual condition of the hotel is far from clean or hygienic. If you’re expecting a decent stay with basic facilities as per the price, this is not the right choice. The rooms are very congested, poorly maintained, and do not match. I strongly do not recommend booking this hotel if you value cleanliness and comfort.

Worst Travel Experience The bus smelled terrible and was extremely unhygienic. They kept turning off the AC multiple times during the journey, making it very uncomfortable. Totally unacceptable service. Avoid if you value cleanliness and comfort.

beds were clean, the ac was working and everyone staying there respected each other's privacy. food was a bit on the expensive end but overall it was good

It's not good if we compare other hotels at the same price (7k +). breakfast provided is very limited (2-3 items only). They charge extra for water also if you ask for complimentary water. room size is very small as compared to other same price hotels. very for money is not there. Not preferred if you want to spend 5k plus for your stay.

The stay was surprisingly good. The property was easy to find and is on the main road. Very clean around the area. Rooms were fresh and cozy. Breakfast spread was limited but quality was high. Staff is courteous. Very close to US Consulate. Can easily rate as 3 star services. Loved the stay. If you’re looking for a family stay then this should be your number one choice.
