Good place if you want to stay within BKC. Clean and well maintained rooms

Our experience at the BKC Luxurious Apartment was quite uncomfortable. Care taker’s phone was switched off . Manager Naresh was not friendly and, despite prior reservation and calls, initially refused to accept our booking and took a long time to confirm it. Several friends of the caretaker Bharat ( though in confirmation Mr Manoj Sinha was mentioned ) were occupying the apartment and only left after we objected, and the kitchen was being used for cooking by people from other apartments as well. Early morning kitchen noise further disturbed our sleep. Overall, we did not feel comfortable or safe during the stay.

The room and bed size were very small, about 2.5ft in width like a train berth. The breakfast quality was very low.

Property managers who first denied having booking even though confirmation was there and payment was made in advance. Then in dead night I had to pay extra (which he was trying to extort) just to make sure i can sleep somewhere. then next day when I was in office this guy calls me to say that for deep cleaning he needs to shift the luggage which i allowed assuming it to be okay but on returning i ssw items missing which have emotional value for me & raised from the staff that since he got a high value booking for whole apartment he shifted me to an apartment where food was made it was smelly My suggestion, don't book this.

Decent, Well-Located Stay with Great Service -: A good, no-frills place to stay in BKC. The room was decent and perfect for a good night's sleep. As I had opted for single accommodation, I got the smallest room in the house. The location is a major plus, making it very easy to get an Uber, Ola, or auto. The caretaker was excellent, and the breakfast and tea provided was quite nice. Always at service with a smile. Recommended if you need a practical and convenient place to stay in the area.

first of all I didn't stay here. I checked out the same day within 4 hrs. I have raised the complaint regarding the same and have been following up for 3 days. there has been no response from MakeMyTrip and property owner.

It is not for corporate travelers

This location is just 6 kms from the airport and only 2 kms from US consulate. Room was clean and the mattress was new and nice. Felt very comfortable and the caretaker Krishna was a sweet guy and also prepared excellent dinner.

I was poorly received from start to finish. He told me that international travelers are not allowed in the building so we had to walk and the apartment they gave me was disgusting!

Location was convinant for BKC, I had breakfast and it was good , sufficient amenities and overall good service.

I did the booking for 3 people in one booking ID. We were given 3 rooms - all in different blocks and different floors far away. We requested property manager to at least give us room on the same floor but he refused. We had to sit together to work but we couldn’t do that. Failure on part of Make my trip as the MMT customer services also couldn’t help inspite of making me on hold and on call for 45 mins. Big thumbs down for MMT and this ridiculous hotel Corporaye Service Apartment

location is good and so is the guest house. washroom needs lot of repair, room sizes are small.
