I booked a deluxe room at this hotel because I thought if the price for one night’s stay, it must be a fine property. But I was totally disappointed. The room had no ventilation at all, and I felt suffocated the moment I entered. This hotel is not worthy per night—it’s not even correct for per night. I also contacted MakeMyTrip to cancel one day of my booking, but the property owner refused to refund. Very disappointing service and overall a terrible experience.

The receptionist person was really bad, and he started to misbehave when me and my sister were giving him the Aadhaar card, and he just threw her Aadhaar card and rejected that he doesn't want us to. He doesn't want to host us, and the only reason was that my sister was with her husband and he did not want to host another gender. I mean it's Mumbai and still people are behaving in such a way when we had the marriage certificate as well, and we were a family who is visiting and the location is terrible. It's smells like gutter really bad. They did not give me any refund as well. I wouldn't suggest anyone to book or stay in this hotel. It's very shady place. very poor experience. TV not working,intercom not working (had to rush to reception for any order everytime), bed was not clean. on complaining staffs rudely replied that just now one checked out, he never complained. why it called FAB hotel I don't know. since I had booked through MMT and bill already paid, they don't bother about the guest.

Very good hotel to stay and also highly affordable compared to other hotels. Service can be highly improved. Apart from stay do not rely anything on them. They do not have wide range of food variety or in house laundry services. Everything is outsourced so expect unexpected delays or issue on such services. But overall nice place to stay!

hotel room was clean, nice and spacious. Breakfast offered with a wide variety of food. The staff were friendly and helpful. FabHotel Vertigo Suites's location is just perfect for a walk around the city centre. The rooms had a shower with hot water and the reception and bedrooms had AC which was a welcome in the heat.
