The room was as per specification, but issue with hygiene. lots of crockroach in the room as well as mosquitoes in late evening. Hotel staff helped with mosquito spreys and asked me to sit outside the room for 15 minutes. very pathetic experience. I expect Make My Trip to do proper ground check, we trust on you but this time the outcome was worst.

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The service was unprofessional, and the staff seemed careless about guests’ needs. The room was not properly cleaned, and basic amenities were either missing or not functioning. Despite raising concerns, the management was unresponsive and offered no real solution. Definitely not worth the price, and I would not recommend.
